Electrical measurements should be carried out regularly to ensure the safety and efficiency of the installation. According to the Building Law, periodic electrical measurements should be carried out no less every 5 years. However, in some situations, such as when conditions are harmful to the network, such as flood, high temperature, corrosive fumes, or fire risk, the examination should be carried out more frequently. Electrical measurements allow checking the technical condition of wires and other installation elements, insulation resistance, equipment, and grounding. This allows detecting and removing possible faults or hazards.

Building inspections should be carried out to assess the technical condition of the building and prevent its damage or collapse. According to the Building Law, building inspections should occur at least every 5 years. However, the inspection should be carried out immediately in some situations, such as earthquakes, floods, fires, or explosions, such as when conditions deteriorate the object's state. Building inspections allow checking the state of the structure, foundations, walls, ceilings, roof, and other building elements. This makes it possible to plan and carry out necessary repairs or renovations.

Thermographic examinations are used to measure the surface temperature of objects using a thermal imaging camera. This allows for obtaining a thermal image of the object, which shows the temperature distribution in its different parts. In electric inspections, thermographic examinations allow for monitoring the condition of devices and electrical installations, detecting overheating, overloads, leaks, or insulation damage. In construction inspections, thermographic examinations assess buildings' thermal insulation, seeing thermal bridges, moisture, or cracks.
